Wacky Weather Weekend! In southern California one is supposed to have backyard BBQ's, hang out at the beach and just be outside. Well that was not the case this year! It was down right cold, rained and cloudy all weekend.
Pops flew in on Friday night (1 O'Brien and counting), we had breakfast with Shelley and Alex (2 more O'Brien's) on Saturday morning and went to see Aunt Lynne and Uncle Cliff today (another O'Brien). Man it is Monday night and poor Denis has been subjected to 5 O'Brien's in one weekend!
We have had a great relaxing weekend and did everything we could to find my dad a rich woman in Del Mar. No luck so far, but maybe next time.
Because we do live in San Diego we have managed to grill twice, had Mexican food and even went running. After this weekend I need A LOT more running to say the least.

It was great seeing all of you. Enjoyed the chat at O'Malley's in Seal Beach. I think your dad likes that little community - - - probably reminds him of his other beach hangout in Santa Cruz. How was the famous "Denis BBQ" when you got home?
