Happy Easter!
Denis and I decided to stay home this weekend and spend Easter with just our little family. We got up this morning and went to
for breakfast. After enjoying a fantastic breakfast burrito (Denis) and a bacon scrambler (Amy & Laura) we decided we needed to walk off the million calories.
We headed to
(Torrey Pines State Reserve). The weather was perfect and even a little hot for La Jolla. Because we are crazy and wanted a lot of exercise we hiked each and every trail. The total for the day was probably 6.4 miles.
If you read the last post you would know that we hiked on Saturday as well. Total hiking miles for the weekend 12.2! We are tired, sore and I am even sunburned.
Below are a few pictures from our hike this afternoon. Who needs church when you can save a prayer to whoever created these amazing views ... and breakfast burritos!
